We're Now Archives
You may have noticed we've changed our name from Genealogy Archives to Archives! We wanted to alert members and the community to this change to prevent any confusion. You can log in now at http://www.archives.com/member/ (remember to update your bookmarks!).
Visit the Archives homepage now to check out the new, user friendly design.
We also just released many improvements to the member area, which we'll discuss in greater detail in the coming weeks. We're so excited about these new developments, and the many exciting projects we have on the horizon...
We'd love to hear your feedback about Archives! Email us at feedback@archives.com.

I was not informed of the change of your URL. I found the new one totally by accident. There should have been e-mails sent to us paying members.
Thank You,
Sammoh (member)
Sammoh, all of the Genealogy Archives urls have been redirected to Archives.com. Therefore, members shouldn't be negatively effected and may hardly notice the change. We will be sending an email to members about this very soon. Thank you for your comment.
I am just not happy with the navigation errors on your website. I can't get anywhere without having to pay more $ to someone else. What was the membership for? My own mother and father won't come up on your search. I'm OUT>
Sherri, I’m sorry that you weren’t fully satisfied with your Archives.com membership. Though we’re new, we charge a fraction of what you would pay at other genealogy websites for an annual membership. Please note most vital records haven’t been digitized, so you may not be able to find every ancestor within our database. Hard-copies are often available at state and county public record offices.
In the member area of Archives.com we provide you with an abundance of tools to continue research when you run into “brick-walls”. I would urge you to take advantage of the resources and also read research tips from family history experts here.
Unlimited access to over one billion records is included with your membership. Additional payment is required to access products from our partners (like VitalChek and Footnote) or to view premium public record reports. This is a benefit of your membership—and you are not required to make any additional purchases. I would enjoy the opportunity to discuss this with you further, so feel free to contact me directly at Julie@archives.com. Thanks!
Looking for ancestors of Adren Robert Webb and Lillie Leona Denny Webb, their children were , Wilbur, Lurabelle, Angnes, Robbie Nell, and Warren Denny, please email me at rhesusmonk@yahoo.com
I accidentally signed up for this service and quickly canceled but haven't seen a reversal in my account. Is this a legit. site or am I being scammed?
Debbie, we're sad to see you go. If you signed up for the free 7 day trial and canceled within the trial period your account will not be billed. Please be aware we're adding new records to our database at an astonishing rate, and exciting new features are on the way. When you're ready, we'd love to have you visit us again--thanks for your comment.
